Ponte Campo - Alpe Veglia
This walk starts at Punto Campo, accessible by road from the village.
A traditional mountain route that follows the old mule track, with views of the beautiful Cairasca valley.
The last climb leads you to a different and remarkable setting, overlooking the gorge of the Cairasca torrent, leading to the Alpe Veglia plateau.
A rich green meadow surrounded by the mountaintops provides a wonderful backdrop, including the mighty Monte Leone, the gushing Cairasca torrent and the characteristic clusters of huts that dot the landscape.
